MinMaxHR is a hiring-technology platform built and operated by Hab Business Solutions, a software company based in India serving hiring teams worldwide. The platform itself is free to use; the tools on it, starting with CandidRanker, are priced by usage volume.

What we build

MinMaxHR builds Hiring Decision Systems. The evaluation layer that sits next to an ATS, not in place of it. CandidRanker, the first tool on the platform, ranks every resume against a job description with deterministic, explainable scoring across eight dimensions at roughly 100 resumes a minute, with OCR for scanned files.

What we believe

• Recruiters make every decision; the AI ranks and explains, and never auto-rejects a candidate.
• Every score must be explainable. A number nobody can defend is a number nobody should use.
• Every decision is logged to a named recruiter, so hiring stays defensible under India's DPDP Act and GDPR.
